A lot of guys go out on the weekend to meet women in bars and clubs. This can be a lot of fun and there is literally an endless supply of women going out in most major cities.
But there are a few things to keep in mind when you’re doing this or else you might end up becoming that creepy sleaze ball skulking in the back of the bar trying to work up the courage to approach some women.
First, don’t get drunk – Sure some guys will call it “liquid courage” but I like to call it “liquid stupidity.”
That’s fine if you want to go out and celebrate with your friends from time to time, but if you’re going out just to sarge and meet women in bars, you want to make sure that you’re able to run your A game and not so drunk that you’re slurring your words and blacking out.
At the same time, you should get some kind of drink, so you look social. Just get a Coke or some other kind of soda.

Second, don’t be a loner – If you’re going out to meet women in bars by yourself, that’s fine, just don’t be a loner. The guy that sits alone at a bar or club will come off like he doesn’t have any friends or like he has low social value.
If all of your friends are already in relationships and don’t want to go out sarging with you, that’s cool, just make sure you approach a set as soon as possible just to make it look like you’re a friendly guy. It doesn’t even matter if there are any women in the set, it could just be a bunch of dudes, it’s totally fine. You just don’t want to be seen alone.
You want to come off as that friendly guy that is just working his way through the room having fun talking to everyone.
Third, make your approach friendly – When you do finally approach a woman, make sure you don’t come off like some kind of sex-craving guy. Don’t come off with some lame pick up line or compliment her on how she looks.
Instead just start a casual conversation like you would with anyone else. This is the big secret to meet women in bars and clubs. Act like you were just having a conversation with your friends and something came up and you suddenly need to get her opinion. If you’re out with a bunch of guys, it can be great to ask for a female opinion on something. A classic opinion opener is the “jealous girlfriend opener.” It goes like this.
“Hey, my friends and I were just talking about something and we need a female opinion. My buddy has a girlfriend and the other day she found a shoebox full of old mementos from my friend’s last relationship. Anyway, she suddenly got incredibly jealous and wants him to throw out all the stuff from his ex. Do think she’s out of liner here?”
Now girls love talking about relationships and stuff like that, so she’ll probably start talking for hours if you let her. Keep running your game and get her number or take her home at the end of the night.
